Definition of BEST would vary based on certain criteria:

1. To get list of All Clubs in Delhi/NCR – Toastmasters International -Find a Club
2. Now these Clubs have different Venue, Weekdays and Timing. Hence try to find the one which has best compatibility with you. Joining a “BEST” club which one can not attend due to any of these criteria will also make no sense.
3. Once you have got a list of Club which suits you on above mentioned criteria, it would be highly recommended to attend club meetings of two to three clubs. You can attend the Club Meeting as GUEST for free for any of these clubs. Do contact the person as per details given on the club web-page. e.g. Pro Orators Toastmasters Club
4. Some of the criteria used to evaluate the club:
   1. Old Club or Young Club: Old Club has lot of Experienced people whereas young club offer New Energy and innovations.
   2. Large Club Vs Small Club: Large Club offer lot of members interaction but delayed opportunity to get a “Prepared Speech Role” where New Club offers tremendous opportunity to deliver the “Prepared Speeches”. E.g. in my case, I joined the Young Club Pro Orators Toastmasters Club where I was able to complete my all 10 Prepared speech project in 4 months whereas in large clubs I would have taken at-least 1 year as speech slots are not easily available.
   3. Professional Environment and Quality of Club Meeting: This is very crucial and one should visit the club once or twice before enrollment to make sure that they get desired value.
