Self-Education of Leaders

History as well as Today’s world is filled with the stories of Super Achievers who irrespective of their background, were able to Achieve that others would consider Almost Impossible.

If we closely study the lives of these people, they did not achieve it overnight. There were some events that happened in their lives. Similar events may have happened in others’ lives too, but others did not achieve significantly. So what makes Super Achievers different?

The secret is Super Achievers, consciously or unconsciously understand that to get better results in life, they need to get better first and that can only happen through Self-Education. Hence they always have Student Forever Mindset.

With Student Forever Mindset, life becomes the School and hence we can learn from anything and everything. When I was in college, I asked a professional quizzer that how come he knows so much. He replied, “Just keep your senses open”.

There is another mindset called Victim Forever Mindset. With Victim Forever Mindset, we keep on doing the same thing and still expect different results. And because that does not happen, we start considering ourselves as victims.

With Self-Education, we have our Self-Goal, Self-Interest, Self-Learning Style, Self-drive, Self-Acting Style and most importantly Self-Responsibility and it works really well. Every super achiever would talk about, how they learn those things or how did they become like that. It could be extensive reading habits, learning from mentors, intense thinking, intuition etc. And these are all various ways of attaining “Self-Education”.

Whether we talk about areas like social, political, business, spiritual or individuals like super achieving Leaders, super achieving employees, super achieving entrepreneurs, “Self-Education” mindset (that comes from Student Forever Mindset) is essential for long term sustainable growth.

Hence before we organize subject specific training programs for leaders, employees, entrepreneurs or anyone else, foremost thing is to Reignite “Self-Education” Engine.

In today’s time current education system is losing its importance. As we see “Qualified and Educated” are unemployed or struggling for good careers but on the other hand “School Dropouts” are becoming super achievers. “Self-Education” is still relevant and has the answer to every irony observed in current Education system. Actually these school dropouts still pursued “Self-Education” to get themselves better and hence achieved better.

This is the secret behind super-achievers like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Mahatma Gandhi and more.

Even past researches have shown that with Self-Education (aka Self-Directed Learning) cost of Corporate Training can be reduced drastically while getting better results.

This is going to be my mission to inspire people to adopt Self-Education and experience how it can help individuals to get Maximum out of their Life
